In 2009 we made Old Town, Maine the single-site hub for all Watercraft operations. Completed ahead of schedule, the consolidation turned a former distribution center into a state-of-the-art facility designed to make production even more efficient while cutting energy use 50 percent.
Annual savings are projected at $4 million—but the benefits go beyond cost-cutting. Marketing and sales synergy expands our brands’ reach. Customers have a single point of contact for all brands. And we’re freeing resources to grow sales through targeted new products.
