From time to time, we offer our customers the opportunity to receive a discount or other promotions when customers sign-up to receive communications from us via email (“Offer”).  When a customer signs up an Offer, we typically ask the customer to provide her email address.  We may also collect your name, mailing address, or other information about you as described in our privacy policy. Because we collect personal information when we provide the Offer, this may be interpreted as a “Financial Incentive” under California law.  The value of the personal information that we collect is reasonably related to the expenses related to offering you the Offer. You may withdraw from participating in email marketing from us by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our communication or by contacting us at DataPrivacy@johnsonoutdoors.com
